Set on two levels, these Gold Coast conference facilities can be tailored for your event.

You can hold a boardroom style meeting for 20 people up to a theatre style event for 600.

State-of-the-art technology will ensure your event runs smoothly and most successfully. You have a choice of four ballrooms, the largest can cater to a banquet for 272 guests. The open-plan layout gives you many options for your event or conference and as for accommodation – well you have Mantra on View Hotel’s modern guest rooms to accommodate your delegates comfortably.

Conference & function venues

You may have a new product to launch, a corporate dinner or board meeting – no matter what type of corporate function you are planning, the open-plan layout provides maximum versatility.
On Level 2, you’ll find the five Boulevard rooms and three Paradise pre-function rooms. The Boulevard Conference Area is perfect for large scale conferences and gala events for up to 280 guests. It also features direct car access, ideal for car launches. The ballroom can also be configured into three smaller rooms, with Rom 3 offering natural light.
The Paradise Rooms on this level, offer large windows to allow light to stream in! These rooms are ideal for small business meetings for up to 20 delegates.
Level 4, adjoins the outdoor terrace, making it an ideal setting for pre-function cocktails or post function drinks. The Palm Ballroom is a versatile event venue with over 800sqm and is the perfect setting for trade exhibitions, and large dinner events. It can also be split into three individual rooms for medium size events and conferences.
On the mezzanine floor, close to reception is the Executive Boardroom featuring wall mounted screen and executive chairs. Boardroom capacity up to 40 delegates.

For added convenience our Rooms and Suites are modern and comfortable to ensure a relaxing stay. With sweeping Ocean and Hinterland views, all rooms feature high-speed Internet (charges apply), cable TV and private balcony with views.
Accommodation rooms are configured with either twin double beds or a single king size bed.
For those who require to stay connected, all rooms and suites have workstations along with the convenience of tea and coffee making facilities. Alternatively, spoil delegates with sheer indulgence and book one of our suites featuring a separate lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings and presentations.

Dining and Catering

Treat your delegates to a variety of tasty dishes. Enjoy delicious aromas, as you enjoy a menu influenced by international cuisine.
Delegates can choose to dine on ‘Taste’ dishes, a tapas-style selection or they may prefer to enjoy just their favourite ‘Home Style’ cuisine with one or more of our ‘Plated’ meals, made with premium quality cuts of meat, fish and poultry, together with chef’s delicately balanced, handmade sauces.
Catering is also available and can be provided in the pre-function area on Level 2 or in our in-house restaurant, NOSH Pan Asian.
NOSH Pan Asian is also open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
